Bumped into Red's character [link] . Awesome design, therefore I tried my luck and here we are. I'm quite satisfied with most of the drawing although if I had more time, I probably will elaborate more on the background.

I'm not entirely sure if the character is a Japanese spirit guardian. The patterns on the dress are definitely not Japanese and not part of the original design. I was just playing around with it. It's been very fun cos the dress has an interesting cut.
